Popsicle Stick Ornament

This preschool project is quick, simple, and beautiful. Parents help preschoolers glue popsicle sticks together creating a snowflake. Preschoolers sprinkle glitter on the ornament adding a unique sparkle to the Christmas tree!

What You Need

Four popsicle sticks per ornament
Glue
Glitter - preschooler's color of choice
Pipe cleaner or string (to hang the ornament)

How To Make It

Arrange four popsicle sticks into an asterisk shape

Glue each stick into place by placing one dot of glue in the center of each stick

After glue dries, spread glue on top of the popsicle stick and sprinkle with glitter

Spread glitter over both sides of the popsicle sticks

Tie a pipe cleaner or string around the center of the ornament and hang on the Christmas tree!

Make It More Challenging

Sprinkle different colored glitter on each popsicle stick for a rainbow ornament!
